is it bad for the car if you redline it at WOT in an auto ??

The REDLINE is for that exact reason. The engine just changes gears as soon as you hit redline. In your auto the gears change at 6400-6600, don't think they actually go to redline. If it was bad then I don't think NISSAN would've made it so that you can hit redline.

i meant does it like wear down ur tranny and engine more than at slower speeds

Lets think about this one. Yes it wears down stuff because it is spinning it at six times the speed of lets say(idle). Does the wear matter, no because engines are made to live through 17 billion(Especially Nissan engines) revolutions.
