ABS question
ABS question
Hi... sorry for some reason I can't search. But, please bear with me if this question has been asked and answered before. I noticed that when I spin my wheels a lot (i.e. stuck on snow), the ABS light comes on and my ABS won't function for a while. THen after a couple of hours the light will go away automatically and my ABS will start working again.
Can someone explain to me why?
Thanks!

ABS should turn off when traction is too bad for the wheel speed sensors to produce meaningful inputs to the ABS module.
Or, you may have activated a traction control system. I dunno, my max has dumb brakes, and I'm not familiar with Nissan's ways.
