Sterling wheel vibrates when brake apply on hwy??

Sterling wheel vibrates when brake apply on hwy??
i notice lately that when i'm driving on hwy like speed of 75mph or more and when apply the brake the sterling wheel vibrates a little...anybody know what this could be cause by? you think maybe it's my front rotors or brakes?

Your front rotors need to be resurfaced.
