Maxima SE VS Eclipse Spyder GT

I am going down to the track with my friend, and we are gonna try and line up against eachother. He has a 2003 Eclipse Spyder GT Auto Stock, and I have a 98 Maxima SE with CAI ohh yah its Auto to. Who will win???

hahah but the eclipse weighs like 300lbs more than us.
