ECU codes 33 and 34

I just checked codes from my ECU and here is what I have. 0304 and 0303. I am so ****ed off right now. So that means I have a bad knock sensor? What do I need to do to fix code 34? It also says that code 33 is a Front Left Heated O2 sensor. What could be the problem here and what do I need to do to fix this? If this serves any importance at all, I have a 97 GXE and I have a y-pipe and an intake. Thank you.

I recently read that if you get the KS code with an O2 sensor code that if I replaced the O2 sensor then maybe the KS code will go away. Is this true? Please help.

Would you say this is hindering a little bit of performance in the low end? Does anyone know where I can get a new O2 sensor, and what exactly does the O2 sensor do? Thank you for your reply.

I am officially confused. After I got the codes from the ECU earlier today, I reset my ECU's codes. I took it for a 20-30 minute drive and then checked the codes again from my ECU later on in the day and it gave me code 0505 (No Problems with Engine). I don't understand it, why did it say I had a bad O2 sensor and Knock Sensor earlier? By the way this is the first day I have ever checked my ECU for codes.
