If the sound you hear is like you decribed (when you release) then (may be) it is caused by the pedal itself (interior), in that case it needs a little greasing!

When you release?. This is strange, it is more likly to be heard when you step on the brakes, and that would be because of bad pads, or if the pads have been replaced then the disc itself needs to be replaced or resufaced.

pads are new,rotors are new.. both doesnt have more than 2000 miles on em..
