I have a 95 maxima and it came with a bra. I removed it, and after I gave the front a good cleaning, there was a 1.5" line left on the hood where the edge of the bra touched the hood. It's not a scratch because when I run my hand along the hood, the area where the mark is feels higher than the paint.

I have tried several things to remove it, such as baking soda (a trick my brother uses at his dealership). Anyone ever had the same problem? If not, are there any other cleaners I can try to get it off? I was thinking the cleaners used to remove the residue left from shaved emblems, such as goo gone or mothers scratch removal. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
