GAUGING INTEREST ON HIDtech Bi-Xenon Projectors (VOTE IF YOU ARE 90-100% definite)
Ok, I just received an email from Sean at Hidtech and he's willing to do a group deal for us depending on how many numbers we have that are interested in his projector headlights. He did an amazing job on soulprtore (sp?) and i want the same setup but cant/refuse to pay 800 dollars. Its a lot of money and if we can make a big show he may give us a good deal. But there are different setups we can do.
Setup 1: Those who already have HIDS can keep their ballasts and buy just the headlight/projector setup with D2S bulbs and keep their ballast. This still includes the E shrouds, wiring harness and all, just no ballast and probably no D2S bulb if you can get it cheaper somewhere else.
Setup 2: Those who have nothing at all will have to go for full setup which includes headlight/projector install, D2S ballast and bulbs, E shrouds, and wiring harness.
With this setup we will have to get our own headlights or send him ours and be without a car for a week to maybe up to a month if not more (since he'll be doing an entire batch). So we are basically paying for projectors, wiring harness, labor, e shroud, and D2S bulbs/ballasts (optional)
I need to get a number of how many people would be interested in each setup. Obviously a lot of you arent definite unless the price is right for you, so we're all going to have to come to an understanding of what we believe is reasonable. I would say a group deal with everything including, i would hope to pay less than 600. Depending if we take some parts off or not should vary the price.
VOTE ONLY IF YOU ARE ALMOST DEFINITE ABOUT GETTING THESE, and the ONLY thing stopping you is if PRICE IS WAY OVER YOUR LEAGUE
This is not a poll to see which is better but so i can bring back a good number to him and give him an idea of the interest and see what he can do on pricing. PLEASE POST ANY AN ALL FEEDBACK YOU GUYS HAVE. I'm hoping to have a good number for him by like monday latest.
