Where can I get the tint spray for doing this mod?

 

car modding stores, some autozones might carry niteshades, online. some online brands can be expensive. i hear www.procarparts.com sells some but it's pricey. pm people who you've seen do it like dave b.

some people also just open up the clear ones and spray paint the housing black with regular spray paint.
