Strange sunroof issue after break in
Hey guys, i got my baby (96 Max SE) broken into at Ohio State last week, and they screwed my sh*t up real good.....anyways, I noticed since I repaired the window they broke that when I close my driver's door, the sunroof actually pops up for a second, then sits back down in place. I was wondering if this was normal, because it does not seem to be.........thanks a lot guys
for pics of the break in, just so you feel sorry for me, go to http://photos.yahoo.com/theblackmax455 and click on the maxima break in album

It's probably not sealed right. You know how when you close a door, any door, there is a wind following it? Well when you close your door it pushes the sunroof up. Did you try to push the sunroof up with your hands? It shouldn't move at all.
dude that sucks
the sunroof thing is definitely not normal.... My school is also plagued by thieves... there have been 3 vehicles stolen and stripped from my dorm's lot in the past 2 weeks.. I also have a couple of friends who have been broken into and had CD players/CDs stolen... there have also been several cars that had rims stolen.... Instead of keeping our vehicles safe, campus police are more worried about writing ridiculous parking tickets. If you park "incorrectly" you get a ticket.... park normally and you get robbed!

Yeah the bastards stole the CD Player face, but they couldn't get the stereo itself out because I have it anchored in the back thanks to a little ingenuity when I installed it. The face wasn't even on when it was broken into, and it was inside the glove box locked........They still broke in and picked the lock to the glove box and stole the face apparently because they were ****ed they couldn't get the actualy player, so that sucks. Anyways, if anybody else has any suggestions on how to fix this, let me know, thanks again!!
