What is the thread size for the wheel studs on the maxima. I need to get smaller diameter lug nuts. JC Whitney has some from Gorilla that have the thinner diameter.

Why would you need smaller diameter lugs?

Are the lugs for you aftermarket rims? If so, you might need tuner lugs and not the conventional acron ones.

The reason for the smaller diameter lugnuts is that my car came with aftermarket rims when I bought it. They left the factory lug nuts and this is causing my wheel studs to bend inward towards the center of the hub. At first I thought it was my rims had the wrong bolt pattern. But I checked them and the offset, bolt pattern and hubcentric ring diameter all check out to be fine. So are these Gorilla lug nuts a good kind to get?

I have the gorillas on my aftermarket rims. They work well.
