Radiator fluid gushing everywhere

Well I came home from work yesterday night and I could smell radiator fluid from outside the car. I check under the car and see the fluid all over. I turn off my car and pop the hood. Orange everywhere, yes orange. The radiator is rusty inside, so all the fluid was mixed with all the rust that was in the radiator, making an orange result. Since I see the fluid everywhere, I cant tell where its comming from, so I turn on the car just to see where exactly is the leak. The leaks is comming from the water outlet PIPE. If you follow the upper radiator hose (closest to the battery), it leads to a metal pipe, from that pipe it goes to the back of the car, BUT, an inch or two after the hose meets the pipe, there is another smaller pipe comming out of the top and bending to a smaller hose. I dont know the exact name for it, I was just told that this was the water outlet area. Anyways, that smaller pipe on the top has a hole in it, i'm guessing the rust rusted away on the metal and created a hole. I dont know how to take it out, I'm not even sure if its welded to the bigger pipe, I called the dealer to get a part number and to see how much it would cost, and they quoted me $130+!!!! Thats crazy, since it was late last night, the only thing I could do was clean the pipe, put some liquid metal on the hole to patch it up and let it dry all night long. I'm going to flush my radiator today and clean all the rust out, Im gonna need to flush my engine out soon too. Hopefully the liquid metal will work and I wont have anymore problems. I'll post pics when I get home so most of you can see what I'm talking about. if anyone has any ideas of what else I could do, let me know, thanks.
