Just picked up my new toys... *Pics*

Well guys. I just picked up my new toys and I'm very happy so I had to show someone, since my family don't seem to care, or now what they are for. Installation will happen this coming Saturday. I hope everything goes good

Those are some nice pieces of machined headers there. When you get them installed, can you show some pics of under the car?

I don't know yet. Probably get the cattman since I loved the way it sounds, unless I hear the Apexi WS. Will see

The gains are avout 5hp over a Y pipe. Maybe even more when combined with other mods.
They are cattman headers and you can find them on the link above.
Im pretty sure they also fit the 2k max. You might want to call cattman or SWA to be sure

Don't have that much time to set my baseline. I really want to install them this weekend. But I will probably have a dyno sometime after the install

Well if you see where the rear header and the pipe connect you will notice its a little hard to make a nice bend without lowering the pipe a bit more. If the pipe was bent instead of the look it would have to be atleast 1 inch lower and it would suck for lower cars.
I could be wrong

Well, if you hadn't already spent money on a Y-pipe alone, you'd be getting at least 20HP out of the $800. Most people start out with just a Y, though, because it's cheap. It's true, who wants to pay four times as much for the extra 5HP?

well when you start getting to the end of the NA modding road $800 for 5hp is not too outlandish. Seeing these makes me really want a set.

well these headers will add more than the 5HP to my car for sure. I have a cattman y pipe right now, but its very restrictive.
I got it used in perfect conditions, bu the flex looked a little old. So I decided to take it to a muffler shop and get it replace. They didn't have the same diameter flex as the pipe, and since I was so anxious to install it, they used a 2" flex instead if the 2.5". Also the welding is horrible, there is chunks of welding everywhere, and I'm sure that pipe is very bad. I never felt any gain with it, just a little more sound definition on my stock exhaust.
Will see how these headers make my car feel
