i just blew my engine with 130,00 miles on it . i have a decent amount of
money. i want to swap in a better faster engine and tranny combo. need
ideas of what will work. turbo or supercharghed money no problrem.

 

buy a low milage VQ30 with 5 speed and then buy the PFI turbo kit. There are no availible engine that will "swap" into our cars, so don't be expecting someone to tell you to buy a SR20DET or anything of the sort. Our engines are great, trannies could be better.

 

An SR20DET would OBVIOUSLY not be a good swap because of the weight of the Maxima!! jeje But anyways it is true... there are no engine swaps. You should fix that VQ30DE of yours and put it like new. and if you have an auto tranny change it to 5spd. Then add the Turbo kit from custommaxima

So in other words you can put in a VQ30DET with 0 miles in your Max jeje
