Ok, I am replacing those white lights with the blue condom thingies in my Max. I have a question. What size are these bulbs and where can I get them in blue. I have successfully put blue LEDs in my window switches and in the air conditioner lights, and now I am replacing these little lights with blue ones. Can someone help. Thanks.

 

Ok, this will be long. Take out the CC unit from the dash and remove it from the frame that includes the radio. The back panel pops of with several little clips. You need to take all the buttons, sliders and ***** off the front of it too. I used an exacto knife to get under the buttons. When you get the back of it off, remove every little screw head that you can see. I think there are about 4 of them. You can remove the big round fan speed control **** assembly by popping each it its tiny little clips. Then you can carefully pop out all the clips for the circuit
board in the back of the CC unit. You dont need to disconnect that little ribbon cable. There are 3 TINY light bulbs with little blue socks on them, just like the ones on the guage lights. Take off the socks and paint the
bulbs blue. There you go...
