Spark Plug Question

Now I read through the FAQ's and found this information. I am changing my spark plugs also this weekend. I see this information about 1 and 2 step colder plugs...I don't have nitrous or supercharger/turbo, but would a 1 step or a 2 step colder plug help me out at all for performance even though I don't have the extreme mods?

OEM NGK type PFR5G-11 Platinum Spark Plugs
Description: This model is very highly recommended. They are the type supplied from the dealer. These spark plugs will last 60k miles.
NGK type BKR5E-11 Copper Spark Plugs
Description: Very similar to the Platinum plugs above, but cheaper and supposedly provides a colder and more powerful spark. Also will only last 30k miles.
NGK type BKR6E-11 Copper Spark Plugs
Description: The exact same plug as above except 1 step colder, useful in Nitrous or Boosted applications. Also will only last 30k miles.
NGK type BKR7E-11 Copper Spark Plugs
Description: The exact same plug as above except 2 steps colder, useful in Nitrous or Boosted applications. Also will only last 30k miles.
