Anyone with 99/2k CA-Spec & Apexi catback?

Since the B-Pipe configuration of the CA-spec cars for those years is very different for Federal vs. CA-spec cars, I was wondering if Apex-i made 2 versions or what.
They advertise that it fits the '99', but they are not specific about CA-spec or no...
I would assume it definitely fits the Federal. My concern is that if they only make one version, it will definitely NOT fit the CA-spec without the (once again) stupid OEM extension piece, ala Courtesy B-Pipe.
Anyone shed any light on this?

All I know is that my Stillen B-pipe does't use an extension->
There is a hole for an O2 sensor right after the cat, but Stillen provide a plug for it. I know I have a CA spec Max for sure.
