personal lamp

I was changing the bulb on the personal lamp and then all the interior lights went out. Did I short a fuse? if so where is the fuse for it and how do I tell if it is bad. 1999 gxe.

under the steering wheel above your left knee. look for the "int ill" (interior illumination) fuse
