Are these cheap versions of intelliglow needles

I stumbled upon these on ebay, and they say they arent bulbs that are replaces in the back, so are they the intelliglow needles which cost 3 times as much? Plus what type if install am I looking to do with these, wil I have to place them on the back side of the needles?
Thanks

It looks sweet but i think u might have to take out the needle and replace it with this one with is very hard to do. I broke 2 of my needles when i installed gauges on my integra so i wouldn't bother with them.

it says it only changes the stock bulbs with something funky. I think that picture is taken from a cardomain page, 'cause i've seen it before. Looks like crap-get the intelliglows.

don't get it. it's basically replacing your stock cluster bulbs. the org has plenty of resource on that. you don't need to spend $20 on that POS.

if you want the real glow needles, get the intelliglows.

I don't think brighter bulbs will do much for you in the way of needle illumination.. brighter bulbs in the back will make the odometer and whatnot light up brighter, and drown out the color from your guages, but I can't see how it will effect the needles.. intelliglow needles place three leds basically right on the bottom of the needle and the glow is transmitted thru the needle material.. I don't think anything else will have the same effect as the needles.. save up
