Chipped fiberglass easy to fix?

Does anybody have any experience with fiberglass that might have some helpful insight?

Thanks,
Fred

i'm assuming when you say chipped you mean a smallsurface imperfection, rather than a crack. if so, try filling it with resin and sanding it smooth.

Repairing fiberglass is semi-easy, urethane, not so much. Thats the advantage of it......

Actually it is a piece broken off, rather than cracked.

in that case, depending on the size and shape of course, grab some glass mat and some resin and patch it up. if you have the broken piece this will be alot easier. if your not comfortable doing it yourself a body shop should be able to do it.
