Injen Intake Installed - Boost Sensor

I installed my new Injen CAI yesterday, now my CEL in on. On my stock intake near the scoop under the hood it had a Boost Sensor attached to it. Does anybody know what this does? On the Injen there is no place to connect the vacuum line that runs from the boost sensor so I disconnected the boost sensor from the harness and now I think that is why my CEL light is. Does anybody have any experience with this? If so what do I do with the vacuum line the runs from the boost sensor?

What about the vacuum line, do I have to connect it to something?
