High Flow Cat on Ebay ...Any good?

I need to replace my stock cat. I'm not looking for performance, but just a cost effective replacement. I found this on ebay (link below) Anybody tried this out? Will it most likely fail emmissions test?

I'm not looking for HP gains. Just looking for something to replace my old stock cat. Something cost effective, and legal that will pass emmissions test.

Don't get it...it's just a hollow piece of shiney metal. It may increase 8-15 hp on an already 600+ hp turbo motor but will make our vq's lose a few hp from not enough back pressure. It may also make ur vehicle fail emissions testing...not sure about that one.

The guy hoesting the auction emailed me back. He said it's not a cat, and it may...or may not...pass emmisions. Well looks like it's simply a piece of ****. I guess I'll have to find something else.
