Me again with some more problems:

Weird sounds come from the rear brakes when I step on the brakes. Had mechanics check it, but they don't know what it is. The noise is related with the ebrake cause when I brake and the sound begins, I play around with the ebrake and the sound stops.

Also, my ebrake warning light (the one in the gauge cluster) does not light up when I pull the ebrake. It is not the light itself cause it does light when I turn the key to ignition position. Is the a switch, sensor, or something that can fix that?

Once again, thanks for the inputs.

Ever had your center console out? If so, check the wire harness on the RH side of the e-brake. Check that it,s connected. Also my FSM tells of a "warning lamp switchplate" giving me the impression that the trigger for the lamp is adjustable. Perhaps that "switchplate" is bent to far out of shape and no longer makes contact.
