Manual AC Control to Automatic?

I am wanting to change my manual AC to an automatic on my 96....I can great deal on one....I guessing its an easy switch over, but wanted to make sure first....is it just a simple switch? Thanks in advance..

No.

Quite a bit of wiring needed and installation of temp sensors, etc.
