the codes i am getting are

Front Right Htd 02 sensor heater code 91
EGR System Hi/Low Flow code 32
Front Right Heated O2 sensor code 53

i am not sure why i am getting these codes, i just replaced my o2 sensors and egr sensor less than a year ago, the codes came up few days after i had state inspection, i am not sure what i should do , i cleared the codes and the same ones popped back up

any ideas??

Im having the same problem with my o2, i want to know wahts causeing them, im going to the dealership this time beacuse its only ben 3 weeks and im gettig a code again, hopefully you figure this out.
