No fears of running the battery down to nothing and losing recharging power.

optima yellow. It saved my butt a few weeks ago. I left my car at the airport with the dome light on for four days. Jumped in, yelled some unprintable words, turned the key and it fired right up.

Sold on Optima.

If your going to get an optima, get it at autozone. I had to buy a new batt. recently, I wanted to get the red top badly but I couldn't afford it, but anywho, they had the red top for $120, and the yellow for $160. I don't know how much custom maxima wants for the yellow top (or if they even sell it) but it was less at autozone than at CM ($150).
