Ceramic brake pads?

Has anyone installed those dustless ceramic brake pads? If so, how do they perform?

I would think they'd suck in cold weather but I have nothing to base that on. (Just wanted reply since I'm down the street)

Yeah I have raybestos qs as well. I haven't put my rear ones in though. I actually think that my car doesn't brake as well right now, but I have old brakes in the rear and I haven't broken my new pads in yet. But it certainly isn't bad, and they are very quiet and dust very little.
