PIAA H3's hate my Max

I'm installing 85W fog bulbs and a relay so they won't pop my fuses anymore. The relay is a 5 prong DEI. The pos+12 and ground terminals are self explanatory but I'm lost on the other 3. I'm assuming one of the others goes to the fog lamp switch.? Anyways, I will gladly accept any help that is out there because I have battling this nonsense for 4 days now.

85Watt H3's will run to hot for the small fog light fixture and cause the bulb to burn out prematurely.
