sweaty clutch line?

Here's the deal. The rubber line that goes from the transmission to just underneath the lower clutch bleeder is always wet. I'll wipe it off, and then after driving it again, it will be wet again. My clutch fluid level in the slave cylinder slowly falls, and the clutch pedal slowly feels more and more "different". I am thinking that there may be a small amount of air getting into the system from this. I don't want to have to bleed the clutch every 3 weeks.
Has anyone else had this problem?
If so, how did you repair it?
Where can I get this hose?
Is it a special type of hose?
How hard is it to replace?
