Does Nissan sell factory touch-up paint? Does it work?
I succesfully debadged the back of my car, but my older brother insisted on getting the epoxy stuff off with a razor blade. He left 3 tiny scratches back there, and removed the paint around them. Gahhh! Aside from that, the paint on the front of my hood is starting to flake off.

Does Nissan sell some touch-up paint? How is the color matching, and how does it look when it dries? My car is the Deep Evergreen color.

If it is just a few scratches, try some kind of polish (Mother's makes a good one, check the detailing forum for more info). I use polish on most small scratches and it turns out looking new, much much better than touch up paint in my opinion.
As for touch up paint (like the hood and around the scratches if paint is missing), I have this no name touch up paint I got from a body shop and it seems to be a pretty good match to my color. I have no idea where you'd find that in your color or your area though. I've heard paintscratch.com has good paint, you might want to check there.

Paintscratch.com. I had the nissan touch up too, and it was too thick. You get a blob of paint, and if you try to sand it flush, it changes the color. Go to paintscratch.com, order the primer, base and clear. Clean, then use the primer to fill the scratch. Let it dry, then sand it flush with very fine sandpaper. Put on base, several coats, about 30 mins inbetween, let it dry thorougly, and put on clearcoat. Let the clearcoat dry very thoroughly, then bring it to a shine with rubbing compound. Do it by hand. Take your time. It's not going to be perfect, but it's almost undetectable. You can't see a difference, only if the light hits the paint at an angle will you be able to see that your reflection in the paint is not quite as sharp as the rest. If I had a digi camera and a website to host, I could show you pics.
