I just bought this '95 Maxima, and the guy did tell me that sometimes the air doesn't blow for some reason. When I test drove it it did work though. It just sometimes works and sometimes does not.
Since that test drive it never worked yet
Did anybody deal with it? I assume that it is some sort of relay, but not sure.

sounds like the blower motor is failing....try to smack the back (bottom) of the blower motor..under dash pass side.... if air starts to blow again...replace your blower motor
