Red/Clear Taillights for 96'?

I've read the "How To" to tint away the amber in the 96' taillights, is it possible to convert the amber to clear? I couldn't find anyone selling 96' red/clear taillights or instructions on how to clear them out.....

Yea, I get to post before it gets locked =)

Unfortunatly it's a solid amber piece of plastic, so no dice on the removal of amber.
Red/Clear's were made from All Clear tails (no longer made) so they are rare, and expensive. Sorry.

no for our cars you cant "white out" the ambers cuz you cannot remove the amber piece like you can do in the 97+. you can either find a red/clear and pay a grip load, red it out, or smoke it.

Personally, I'd tint the top orange sections and the inner clear sections to match.. I forget who did this (DaveB maybe) It looked really good IMO.
