Power Steering Fluid

Well, got few questions now. I got my maxima few weeks ago, and when i was checking it out, my mechanic told me that its missing some part, so i went and checked out what should be in the stop where nothing is (there was lots of space between front grill and radiator). It was the Power Steering Cooling pipe that was missing, so i told the dealer to get me one before i get the car. So he did get it, but not installed it on my car, just gave me the pipe (w/all that it needs). Now I looked at the Power Steering Fluid reservoir tank, and the liquid is about 1 - 1 1/2 below the Cold Min level. A: Is the Powe Steering Cooling pipe very important and is something i should put on right away B: Should i add more Powr Steering Fluid to the Cold Min. level (and if so, which market fluid i should use) and C: I can feel taht my car is going to the right if i let go of the wheel, can this be caused by the low power steering fluid? Thank you for your input.

P.S.: off topic, buy i cant use Search option, it tells me taht i dont have access to that option

A: Not all Nissans come with the cooler.
B: Yes
C: No, have your alignment and tires checked.
