Bosch Spark plugs ok?

There is a sell at pepboys, and they are only .99 cents..... I know they are a good brand, but is it bad to put them on instead of NGK?

thanks
jeff

im under the impression you think you have to purchse platinums, because the NGK coppers BKR5E-11's only cost $1.50, you should just buy those instead

Where do i get these, i went to about 5 different places, 2 advanced autos, carquest, autozone, and pepboys. Carquest said he could get them in, but they are 13.95 for platinums, i dont know if he meant for all 6 or each one.... but im thinking a piece. that seems high to me.... Anyway any suggestions on where to get them, how much are they at a Nissan dealer?

Apparently I should be sorry for using bosh platinums in my car for the last 170,000 miles???? I've had no problems with them whatsoever, car pulls just as hard as it always has, had the same gas mileage and troublefree use.

I'd recommend the bosh's anyday.

Advance Auto and Napa Autoparts both carry the NGK copper plugs for about $2 a piece. Or you can buy the NGK platnum plugs from jerryromenissan.com for $7.50 a piece.

i had used the bosch platinum 4 plugs, and everyone on the org said to switch back to NGK V Power copper. I called nissan and asked about this, and they said they've heard of problems using bosch before, so they also recommended using NGK. I just went and spent the 12 bucks for all 6 plugs at Checker Auto. I dont know, maybe its a psychological thing, but it felt like it pulled harder after I put the ngk's in...
