need help! how to secure lower mesh grill on 95-96 front bumper... *DIY style*

instead going for grill-tech , i found a replica mesh grill for decent price. the upper grill turned out to be a success... (will post pix sooon when digital camera is fixed), but i'm having a little trouble figuring a way to secure the mesh grill on 95-96 bumper. i can not find a good spot to zip tie the mesh grill. any ideas how to secure the grill?

I doubled up two zipties and ran it around those fins in the bumper.

Drilling would make it weaker, so I would stick to trying the double ziptie idea.. It is a little tricky, but it works
