hey guys,

just wondering how many people have done this and what their opinions are.. should i attempt it myself??
if you did it, how long did i take to change one?
any tips or sites you might recommend to check out?!?

I did it, was not that difficult, quitw easy actually when all necessary tools are at hand. Look at my webpage (page 2) for a write up.
