CAI with JWT velocity stack

I know there was a thread on this a long long long time ago. But I forgot if anyone tried the CAI with JWT intake setup. How did it sound/perform? The reason is...I got pulled over with my BOMZ CAI and received a fix-it ticket, so now I need an intake with a CARB sticker. I cannot justify myself to buy the $200+ Injen CAI. So I was thinking about buying the CARB certified JWT and add it to my exisisting CAI.

???i never heard of this b4, what state r u in!! anyways, all air filters are just about the same! I dont think u can add the velocitl stack to a CAI because the velocity stack has 4 bolts that go onto the MAF sensor

I definitely agree with that!! I recently read in Car & Driver that CARB and all of its ultimate GAY glory are nation wide in 2007 for cars and 2009 for trucks. Bye bye legal mods....

you will need an extra MAF adapter since the JWT/Stillen pop chargers bolt straight to the MAF. You will also need another coupling (3" radiator hose works very well).

did u get pulled over for your intake only or did e catch that as well as something else you did. I remember my friend was pulled over for having a loud exhaust, what i dont understand is how they can pull over a big v8 engine for being loud but they let those harley davidson bikes which is like 1/8 the size and 3 times louder. as far as rccardude909 problem just try and contact bomz to see if they can give you some sort of sticker or certifiate or something
