How do i know if my Y is cali or fed???

How do i know if my Y is cali or fed???

I think it is fed....but i just want to be extra sure, i am in the group deal for the warpspeed y, and need to make sure!

See the four plugs in front of the engine block in this picture? One of them has a small green tab on it. All four of them are in a row in front of the 'Nissan V6 3000' lettering. Anyway, those are for the O2 sensors. On Federal spec Maximas there are only two of these plugs....cali spec maximas like this one have 4. Just pop your hood and see how many you have...

Are you sure about that? i have looked at like two maxima that were made in year 95-96, one was from 95 and other one was for 96. They only had 2 of those plugs. I looked at 97 and 99 they all have four plugs. I don't know what exactly that means. But I like to know for sure that’s what makes the diffrence between Cali and Fed. Thanks.

This is from the group deal for warpspeed Y pipe.

a. if 1989-1994 we need model, GXE or SE.
b. 1995-1998 all emissions are same, only year needed.
c. 1999-2000, need emission type, FED or CA.
