Fuel problem? help

Sup everyone....I have a suspected fuel pump problem but i just wanted to get more opinions. My car starts a little rough..sometimes it cranks right up, other times it turns over a few times then cranks. When driving there is a def power loss and if i get on the gas hard it hiccups....I had a really clogged fuel filter i changed about a month and half ago...it made a difference but i feel i burned out the fuel pump. Do you guys think its the fuel pump? or something else? Thanks for your help

I'm having a similar problem at the moment. Start your car, and put your ear to the rear seat, and try to hear anything wierd. My pump's making werid noises, I'm changing it Monday.

Does your CEL come on? HAve you tried to pull ECU codes?

Check ALL of your vacuum connections, especially the EVAP connector hose near the throttle body.

It is unlikely your fuel pump is the problem. Could be an injector or two that are sticking.... the fuel filter doesn't stop everything, unfortunately.

My car will do that when the fuel is low or when ive left it for a long time on an incline and all the fuel leaves the line, it'll take a lot of cranks to get it started. The only thing i can think of is the fuel pump, but then maybe mine's worn out too.....

yeah im really thinkin its the fuel pump....about a year ago i put in a autozone one cause i didnt have the money for a nissan pump.....my buddy that sold it to me said it would be a quick fix but may not last too long. Ive thought about a sticky injector to, but i dont think its that because when i changed the fuel filter the car got about 50% better...i just feel i burned out the fuel pump from the filter being so bad. Rik3k did u replace yours yet?
