it all depends what kinda dash kit ur going with... if you are stock dash kit then stay stock. if your going for wood then get wood shift ****/e-brake. if you are going for aluminum dash kit then get the one you just posted. if you are going for ricer style get mine:

I say leave it stock. It will not look good to do the aluminum dash kit on the tan interior, IMO. Also, I think the wood dash kits look crappy, IMO. I would keep it stock, again.

do a chrome dash kit and get it. chrome and tan look bad ***! Then get a chrom and what ever eles shifter.

 

with that interior, definitely leave it stock. If you go for a chrome dash kit or something, then maybe it will match better but definitely dont put it in when your interior is stock.
