Where to get MEVI parts

Does anyone know where i can get the following parts for a MEVI?
MEVI cover
vaccum canister
vaccum solenoid

Vaccum solenoid- go to a pick and pull and find a nissan pulsar. There are a bunch of them on the air box, like 6 I think. They look like this:

Vaccum cannister- get one while you are at the pick and pull.
MEVI Cover- I dont think you can get this separately anymore but courtesy nissan might be your best bet.
