what should i do w/ my lighting?(clearance light,side marker,and blinker relocation)

i'll have to get some pictures so people can see examples, but...

recently i put a very orange bulb in the clearance lights next to the headlights. i like the look at night a lot, but now they don't match my side markers that are a crisp bright white. i don't mind the orange egg yolk in the housing, but what i don't like is the orange in the front blinkers because it makes the diamond clears look gross. i know i can just paint that, but i was thinking maybe just running the wires from that to my clearance, and not putting a bulb in the front bumper light.

so, i could have no light in the clearance on until my turn signals are on, leaving my side marker white. or i could simply put an amber bulb in the side marker so all match.

i have phillips blue visions and stock fogs for my other lighting.

perhaps pictures would help, but does anyone have any opinion on this? i know conrad has relocated his blinker to the clearance lamp, i'll have to check out what other lights he has. i just figured i'd post and see if anyone else had opinions or ideas. thanks

I didn't like the orange bulbs either that came with the custommaxima.com. I put amber ones in all of my lights up front. (by amber, I mean, like an egg, not orange, but a little more yellow.) Anyway, they look good when the blinker and the clearance light and the light in the bumper that stays on are all the same. You ought to try it out. I would advise getting the bulbs from NAPA, because they look a little better and they all match better than the ones that Sylvania an others have at AutoZone. Trust me....I tried this the hard way.

Go to my website to see some pics. You should be able to tell some, although I don't really have any night pics.
