How to change the Fog light Bulb
did you get it off the car? if you did twist the black housing and pull it, the bulb is held in by a wire thats actually the ground for the bulb, look close the wire is in a groove, pull it to the side and the bulb should come right out
Once you twist the black housing off, then there is a little clip. It is pretty common sense and to remove it, you just push it down and then to the side (I think that is what tyrexx was talking about).
When I did it, I just had to get some pliars and give the old bulbe/wire a good pull to get it out. It was difficult, but I would rather it be in there snug than loose.
When putting in the new bulb, be sure not to touch the actual bulb part with your hand. Use your shirt or a towel or something. Supposedly, touching it will kill the life of the bulb.
Then just put everything back together like it was and you are ready.
For a while, I was having trouble with my bulbs going out. I think some wires were touching and shorting it out. I just wrapped the wires in some electrical tape, and I have not had any problems in over 3 months now.
Hope this helps...
