Condesation in the Headlights!!

i was being stupid and removed the bulb gasket for the cornering lights and went for a carwash and afterwards i noticed the headlight fogging up. so i went to my electric range to heat the water to evaporate.

to my suprise, there are water spots all over the inside of the headlight.
Does anyone know how to remove the spots without seperate the houseings? ive got cefrio headlights. and i was thinking of putting in rubbing alcohol in a swirling it around until it evaporates. anyone know if this method works?

Thanks To All Who Reply!!

Cefiro's are one piece right? I dunno...my suggestion if it REALLY bothers you -- take them apart and towel it out.
