"Wrrrrrhh" sound at startup, idler pulley?

"Wrrrrrhh" sound at startup, idler pulley?
For the first 1-3 secs when I start the car cold, i hear this "wwrrh"sound. I'm thinking either the idler pulley is no good, or my belt is severely slipping...has anyone had a simliar problem?

i got my idler pulley changed about a yr ago and started experiencing that sound at start up.. so id say its the starter gone bad
