4th Gen vs Spec V Sentra

What do you guys think about this race. 96 Maxima SE HAI,Budget Y-pipe, Testpipe cat, B-pipe,muffler, Drop resistor, vs 2003 Sentra SE-R Spec-V 6spd(decent driver) with catback exhaust and CAI.?
