Best Brand for Fog light bulb

Im going to buy a good brand that would give me a nice bright white light...
Any good Hyper white or plasma type bulb brand...Like PIAA or something....Where is better to find the a good H3 brand from EBAY or a store......Cheap but good..

I just bought one from ebay when i put it on it came out a little yellow...What if i can make it brighter doing something to it..Dont know any suggestions..

THanks

PIAA is one of the better company to use but it comes with a slightly higher price tag. You have to pay for quality! Use the Xtreme white or Super Plasma bulbs in the fog.

^^^^ Ditto with the PIAA, best lighting, hasn't burnt out yet. (Unlike the cheaper bulbs I've used.)
