ecu code help...

well I got my codes and diagnosis

0708-Downstream O2 sensor circuit slow response fault
0313-Downstream O2 sensor maximum voltage monitor fault

now that I have these codes I am still stuck, the motor has more than 2 O2 sensors so I can't just go and replace them. Does anyone have an idea of where I should go from here without taking it to a shop? I turned off my CES light but it was back on after a couple miles. The car seems to run just fine. Any help would be appreciated...thanks

its the one right behind your cat... and or on your catalytic converter :-) you might have more than one downstream sensor, if you do change both
