Rusty bolts

This is a stupid question but I am trying to take my muffler off from the end of the b-pipe because I think it is messed up and I don't want to get a new muffler to find out it wasnt the muffler that was messed up. I can't seem to get the bolts off. How could I get them off easier? I've used WD-40 and it got the rust off of the nuts but not the bolts. Would air tools help? Please help. Thanks

Air tool's will deffinitly help!!! Spray them again with WD-40 & let it soak for a alittle while 10min or more before you attempt to break them loose. Since there super tight then I would suggest using a 6 point socket instead of a 12 point socket to lesson the chance of stripping the bolt heads.... Good luck!

Let some liquid wrench soak on them and hit them with an impact wrench.

Do as the guys above said, OR go buy a propane or Mapp torch and heat the bolt up and then go at it with the wrench

Wouldn't that melt the bolt preventing me to put it back on or what will it do? One of my friends has air tools so I will be doing that soon.
