When im WOT in second and third gear, it feels like there is something holding my car back from getting to redline faster. its almost like the car is hestitating when im above 4000 in those two gears. i already have a short ram intake, y-pipe, and high flow cat; is it because i havent put the full exhaust on it yet or is there somehting else that it could be to cause this problem?

 

When did the problem come up? After you installed mod's or what? I'm in Roswell. Maybe I can help.

Sounds like a knock sensor issue, look if you have some codes storded...
